Yoono originated when several friends found the need to rapidly exchange information without necessarity having to contact each other. They came up with a program which could effortlessly centralize, share and broadcast their selection of information.
By extension, they imagined a service based on word of mouth which allowed them to bring together web users around common interests.
Yoono was designed to combine productivity and professionalism with sharing and user-friendliness. We hope you have as much pleasure in using yoono as we had designing it.
Pascal Josselin, CEO and founder.
Prior to founding Yoono, Pascal was founder and co-president of an innovative performance-driven marketing Agency listed in Paris, CRM Company Group. Previously Pascal joined Fi System, a major European listed web Agency as a member of the Board, in charge of European Operations. He ran 5 countries and took part in the European "web revolution" from 1999 to 2002. Pascal started his career as a founding member and President of a leading Independant DM Agency sold to Fi System in 1999.
Pascal graduated from ESC Rouen, graduate school of management.
Laurent Quérel, CTO and founder.
Graduated from EPITA (computing and engineering college, France), he received a postgraduate diploma in Artificial Intelligence (Paris). He began his career as a development engineer with Fi System, integrating specialized services on the Web. Promoted to technical consultant, he became a recognized expert in distributed architecture and application servers. In 1999 he joined the founders of Iomedio as CTO. In this role he participated in the design of software for companies who publish directories on the web. In 2004 convinced a new generation of web services would emerge, he created yoono to give the internet back to users.
Regan Fletcher, VP Business Development.
Regan has built Sales and BizDev teams for three startups in the past seven years. Bitpipe and KnowledgeStorm were each acquired by TechTarget in separate transactions and Right Media was acquired by Yahoo!. Regan joined Yoono in 2007 to oversee business partnerships from our San Francisco office.
Regan graduated from Princeton University.
Pierre-Yves Platini, Marketing Director.
Pierre-Yves started his career in Roland Berger, a major European strategy consulting firm. In 2005, he co-founded faberNovel Consulting, an innovation management consulting firm, where he was in charge of the Strategic Innovation practice. He contributed to the creation of several web and media start-ups before joining Yoono.
Pierre-Yves has a Msc. in Management from HEC Paris.
